Sofia Park Villas is a modern gated residential complex of 56 single-family homes in one of the most prestigious and rapidly growing areas of Sofia. VAS PRO carried out the roofs with the FALZON® metal system, providing durability, aesthetics and reliable protection, combined with seamless gutters and downpipes for efficient water drainage and minimal maintenance, as well as specially crafted chimney caps for additional protection.
The homes are further finished with a LAMELLON® ventilated facade, giving them a contemporary look and contributing to the overall high quality of the complex.
